Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of placing your order

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in original packaging, including any accessories or inserts

  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be approved.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account

Before sending any item back, you must contact us first.

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos or video (if the item is damaged or defective)

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Accepted Reasons for Returns & Refunds

We only process returns or refunds under the following circumstances:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The item arrived defective

  • You received an incorrect item

  • The item has a manufacturing flaw

  • The item was damaged during shipping

All claims must be reviewed and approved by our team before a return is authorized.

 

Exchanges

If an exchange is approved, we will replace the item with the same product, subject to availability. If the item is no longer available, a refund or store credit may be offered at our discretion.
